By using this website, including any training course available herein, you confirm and agree that you are subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined below (the “Agreement”):
License to Use
This website and its content are owned by Western Canada Lottery Corporation (“WCLC”), NWT Sport & Recreation Council (“NWTSRC”) and their respective licensors and the use of the same is licensed, not sold to you. You are hereby granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to use the website to participate in the training courses that are available to you via your login identification (“User Id”). Your User Id and any password associated with the same is for your use only and not for the benefit of any other person. You may not disclose or provide your User Id to any other person and you are fully responsible for any actions taken with the same. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the website or any part thereof or any information contained therein. You may not lease, transfer, lend, sublicense, sell, disseminate, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise distribute the website or the information contained therein in any form or by any means, or otherwise transfer, assign, manipulate, or grant any rights of use or any other rights in respect of the website, or any part thereof, or the information contained therein, to any other party. Except for the limited license to use granted herein, you are granted no other rights with respect to the website and all other rights in the website are reserved for WCLC’s and NWTSRC (collectively the “Owners”) use or other disposition.
Access and Termination
Access to the training course information on the website will be available during the course duration, or until earlier termination as provided for herein. Your rights under the Agreement to use the website will terminate automatically without notice from the Owners if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon such termination you shall cease all use of the website.
Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Property Information
This website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Lottery trademarks and logos used on this website are either licensed to or the property of the Owners. Their use by others is not authorized and no logo, graphic, sound or image from this website may be copied or re-transmitted unless expressly permitted by the Owners. Unless otherwise specified, no one has the permission to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, store in any medium, re-transmit, modify, exploit or make public or commercial use of, in any form, the information, including any training course material, contained on this website.

Unsolicited Proposals and Information
The Owners do not solicit, request or want to receive proposals, or any confidential or proprietary information from users of our website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, please note that WCLC has an internal Marketing Department that is exclusively responsible for the development and marketing of its gaming products. Therefore WCLC has a rigid policy of not discussing or entertaining any discussion or unsolicited proposals concerning game development or marketing from third parties. Accordingly, you should not convey or attempt to convey any unsolicited proposals to WCLC with any expectation of compensation or commitment. Because of the many legal implications (to both WCLC and potential suppliers), WCLC cannot authorize, support, endorse or associate with any third-party venture, scheme or promotion.
Applicable Law
This Agreement and your use of this Application will be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, but expressly excluding any conflict of law rules which would lead to the application of the law of any other jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute must be resolved before the Courts of the Province of Manitoba and you hereby irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of those Courts.

General
This Agreement constitutes the complete and entire agreement between you and the Owners with respect to your use of this website and its content and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written, oral or otherwise, between you and the Owners with respect to your use of the website and its content.
If any portion of this Agreement is held to be invalid under any applicable rule of law, then such provision will not apply and such invalidity will not affect other provisions hereof which can be given effect without the invalid provisions, and to this end, the affected provisions hereof are declared to be severable. The foregoing notwithstanding, such invalid provision will be construed and enforced (to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law) in accordance with the original intent as herein expressed.
